Local man John B. reportedly got so focused on a tutorial titled
"How to create a tutorial" that he forgot to breathe for over 6 minutes.
"I thought breathing was automatic," he said from his hospital bed. "But it was so brain-burning...a totorial about tutorials...my brain eventually froze."
Doctors say he's recovering well, but now flinches whenever he sees the word 'step 1'.
A 22-year-old applicant reportedly held his breath for the entire 30-minute interview.
"I didn't want to interrupt the manager by... existing," he explained.
Interviewers were impressed by his silence, but worried when he passed out mid-handshake.
A divorced, 78-year-old man followed a guide called "How to wrap up a sigh and give it to your ex-lover" but underestimated the power of his emotions.
The exhale was so intense that local weather stations in Shanghai mistook it for an incoming typhoon.
"I was just trying to test whether the tutorial I saw in the morning really works after lunch," he said. "Didn't know my lungs still had so much air in them."
However, the gift was returned unopened.
